Membership in the Heart of America CATHOLIC BUSINESS NETWORK is open to all practicing Catholics in the region who are involved in serving the workplace. Memberships are extended on an individual basis but multiple persons employed at a single organization may join collectively at rates based on the aggregate total from that business.

Non-Catholics who wish to participate with us are offered a relationship with the CBN in the form of Affiliate status. Affiliates are welcome to attend most events sponsored by the Network. Affiliate Membership requires being sponsored by a current Catholic member of the CBN. With such sponsorship, any person wishing to join the CBN in an Affiliate status may do so for $200.00 per year/per person. No Affiliate Corporate Memberships are available at this time.
